How does a leader engage each employee in efforts to move an organization forward? Among the main ingredients of successful leadership are visions and decisions. Creating a vision regarding the course to take to achieve goals, and then making correct decisions to attain those goals, are skills that set successful leaders apart from others.

Dr. Reese explains how visions are a proactive approach to leadership and that decisions must necessarily follow visions or nothing is gained. This presentation provides tips on avoiding poor decisions and answers the questions, What constitutes a vision? ..and "why do decisions fail?"

Dr. Reese is an internationally known, award winning authority In the areas of leadership, stress management, violence, motivation, criminal profiling and related topics. After September 11, 2001, Dr. Reese responded to Ground Zero in New York City and continues to assist first responders there. He also provided assistance at the Pentagon, rescuers involved in Pan Am Flight 102 (Lockerby); TWA Flight 800; Swiss Air Flight 111; Columbine High School and others.
